How the clean booth works
Class 10-100 clean booth: To achieve an internal cleanliness level of 100 or more, the clean air flow in the room must be a one-way vertical flow. This means that the airflow in the clean room is in the same direction and at the same speed at any point in the same section, so that the clean airflow is like a piston that carries the dust particles away from the room at the fastest possible speed. To achieve vertical flow, the roof must be covered with high efficiency filters in order to achieve a one-way vertical flow and a cleanliness level of 100 or above.
1K-100K clean booth: its airflow organisation direction and Class10-100 clean booth is different, the internal airflow is at an uneven speed in a non-parallel flow, accompanied by reflux and vortex, it mainly relies on clean airflow constantly dilute the internal air, the internal pollution gradually discharge, to achieve clean effect. The different levels of clean booth are achieved mainly by the difference in airflow per unit of time.
Clean booth material
The clean booth is mainly composed of a box, fan, primary air filter, damping layer and lamps, etc. The shell is sprayed with plastic. The product can be both suspended and ground supported.

Clean booth cleanliness levels
Most of our customers' cleanrooms are built for class 10,000, some customers choose class 1,000 clean booth, or class 100 clean booth, and a small number of customers choose class 10. In short, the choice of clean booth level depends on the customer's need for cleanliness, but as clean booth are relatively airtight, if you choose a lower cleanroom level, it will often bring some side effects: insufficient cooling, staff will feel hot and stuffy in the clean booth.
